  经验(experiences):In addition, I worked part-time for IBM and Microsoft Corporation as a software testing researcher in the research department, where they offered me the opportunity to apply classroom theory to practice in the workplace and become familiar with their organization, work style and corporate culture.



  兴趣(academic interests and Other interests):My academic interests and passions are in social policy and social justice, and I am thinking about social welfare research too.   弱点(weaknesses/shortcomings):As for my weaknesses, I feel that I am prone to take on a very heavy workload, and I stick to my guns about my own work, but I would like to take criticism carefully and a great deal of reflection.
